Cybersecurity Senior Associate – Offensive Security (Security Testing)

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced offensive security professional to lead end‑to‑end security testing engagements for its Risk Services practice. The role combines hands‑on technical delivery with project management and business development responsibilities, supporting clients in strengthening their cyber posture.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage security testing engagements from scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, quality review, reporting, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, and status dashboards for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with internal consultants, QA reviewers, and threat intelligence teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Conduct kick‑off calls, weekly status reviews, and post‑engagement debriefs with clients, escalating risks as needed.
• Continuously improve security testing delivery processes, templates, checklists, and methodologies.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across networks, web, mobile, APIs, cloud environments, and infrastructure.
• Execute source code reviews and red‑team simulations using adversary techniques and TTPs.
• Prepare detailed reports with identified vulnerabilities, attack paths, and actionable remediation recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior Associate or Assistant Manager level with several years of offensive security experience.
• Strong technical expertise in security assessments and penetration testing.
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to handle multiple engagements.
• Commercial mindset with experience contributing to business development.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
