Data Analyst – Counter-UAS Business

About the role

TRD Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Counter‑UAS / anti‑drone business. The role will involve consolidating proposal, inventory and project data, building dashboards, and providing analytical insights to drive operational efficiency. This is a full‑time, professional‑level position based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate proposal status, inventory readiness and project updates using Microsoft Excel Power Query.
• Create planning and budget‑support dashboards in Microsoft Power BI Desktop for management review.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks with Python scripts running on Google Colab.
• Gather reporting requirements from Business, Inventory, Project, Logistics, Finance, Engineering and Management teams.
• Structure data fields in Excel Power Query and maintain recurring data tables in PostgreSQL.
• Track lead movement, partner engagement, proposal progress and operational status via Power BI dashboards.
• Analyse lead sources, client segments and bottlenecks, delivering insights through cleaned datasets and visualisations.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure authorised access to internal reporting views.
