Data Analytics Manager – Training Planning & Programme Division

About the role

The Manager in the Training Planning & Programme Division (TPPD) supports SkillsFuture Singapore’s mission to strengthen the Continuing Education and Training ecosystem. The role leverages data analytics, statistical insights, and stakeholder collaboration to monitor, evaluate, and improve CET policies and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report progress of policies and programmes, analyse data for reporting, and oversee budgets while contributing to system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytic needs, handle data requests, and provide contextualised statistics and solutions.
• Clean, validate, and analyse large datasets, apply data‑mining techniques and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights for policy and programme design.
• Develop and refine visualisation dashboards on CET data to provide quick access to key indicators for team members and senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, programme monitoring, or policy review.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience applying data‑mining techniques to large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
