Data Center Logistics III

About the role

The Data Center Logistics III position ensures the smooth movement, storage, and management of materials, equipment, and customer shipments within Equinix data centers. Working independently, you will support operational readiness, meet customer requirements, and help maintain high‑efficiency logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and update inventory management systems for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders, escalating any discrepancies.
• Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of materials, equipment, and customer shipments.
• Utilize shipment tracking tools and dashboards to monitor logistics activities.
• Support warehouse organization, ensuring safe and efficient storage.
• Allocate inventory to internal teams, manage transfers between sites, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory management within a data‑center or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documentation accurately.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize day‑to‑day logistics tasks.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with operational teams and customers.
