Data Management Study Coordinator

About the role

Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, is seeking a Data Management Study Coordinator in Singapore. The role acts as a secondary liaison between Labcorp Drug Development and sponsors, helping manage global projects in line with the Labcorp Drug Development strategy so that customers are satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Clinical Data Management personnel on day-to-day activities and support the Clinical Data Manager during project start-up, creating protocol folders and adding entries to protocol spreadsheets.
• Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and other Drug Development departments, consulting Medical Affairs via a Med/Tech Affairs Request Form, collaborating with Project Management, managing specimen management issues and initiating data changes.
• Complete quality assurance tasks such as quality checking test files, delivering them to clients, logging metrics and storing auditable documentation.
• Provide ongoing client support: address errors and queries, take part in study meetings, collaborate on study modifications, maintain auditable documents and support end-to-end data lock processes.
• Review the data transfer calendar, check data file properties and error reports, and ensure all assigned transfers are completed each day.
• Attend corporate, departmental and sponsor-related training and back up peers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
• 2 years or more of Data Management and/or clinical trials experience.
• Well-polished, inclusive and engaging written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under demanding conditions.

Required skills

• Ability to use standard Microsoft Office products.
• Preferred: familiarity with databases and database terminology, strong technical aptitude and customer service experience.
