Data Scientist – LLM and AI Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our AI team and help shape the next generation of large language model (LLM) solutions. You will work on cutting‑edge research and production‑grade systems that power LLM‑based agents and retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise prompting and tuning techniques for LLMs and LLM‑based agents.
• Develop and enhance our in‑house AI training and inference platform to improve scalability and performance.
• Conduct R&D in LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy LLMs and agents into production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in data science, machine learning or AI research.
• Strong understanding of NLP/CV/LLM fundamentals, including Transformers and Attention mechanisms.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Libraries and tools including Hugging Face and LangChain.
• Experience fine‑tuning large language models and building LLM‑based agents.
