Deal Desk Manager, APJ

About the role

We are building out our Deal Desk function in APJ and need a high‑ownership Deal Desk Manager to be one of the first on‑ground resources in the region. Based in Singapore, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance and Revenue Operations, providing end‑to‑end deal support for enterprise contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day deal desk support for the APJ sales team, including pricing, deal structure, quoting and approvals in‑region and in‑time‑zone.
• Build and manage quotes and order forms in Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad, ensuring smooth progression through approval and closing processes.
• Partner with Sales reps as a strategic thought partner on pricing guidance, competitive positioning, negotiation approach and contract structure.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Billing to review and close non‑standard terms without slowing deals.
• Design and scale APJ deal desk processes, turning recurring questions into repeatable playbooks, approval paths and enablement resources.
• Apply and evolve consumption‑based pricing models, feeding APJ deal patterns back to the global team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, commercial strategy, consulting or sales strategy, with ownership of outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise B2B SaaS or infrastructure deals, including pricing, negotiation and contract structure.
• Proven ability to systematise high‑volume deal environments through playbooks, processes and approval frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable sizing deals, modelling pricing scenarios and ROI in Excel.
• Self‑starter with a point of view, able to drive decisions with urgency and minimal hand‑holding.
• Excellent collaboration across Sales, Finance and Legal while maintaining pricing discipline.
• Motivation to build a regional function rather than inherit an existing one.
