Dealer / Client Success Specialist

About the role

The Dealer/Client Success Specialist ensures a seamless end‑to‑end experience for Webull’s clients, handling enquiries, trade execution and risk assessment while supporting key projects such as product onboarding and platform development.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries on account and trading matters across multiple channels.
• Execute client trades accurately and timely, and prepare related trade reports.
• Assess risk, generate trade reports and support dealing functions.
• Participate in shift rotations to provide continuous coverage for global market hours.
• Assist with onboarding new products, platform enhancements and other strategic projects.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing, brokerage or financial‑markets environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven capability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure trading setting while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and risk‑awareness skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and financial‑market products; CMFAS certification or eligibility preferred.
