Delivery and Deployment Excellence Lead - APAC

About the role

The Delivery and Deployment Excellence Lead - APAC leads regional business readiness, solution quality, deployment excellence and adoption of Oracle EBS upgrades and enhancements across APAC. The role links global program direction with regional execution, preparing APAC business teams and commercial entities for testing, cutover, go-live and transition to business-as-usual. It works with business and technology teams and operates with significant autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Order Management, Distribution, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, GTS and APAC commercial entities to assess requirements, define process scenarios and acceptance criteria, and align them with the Oracle EBS upgrade roadmap.
• Simplify and standardize business processes, improve productivity and maximize value from the technology investment.
• Navigate trade-offs between APAC requirements and global process and solution strategies, escalating enterprise decisions where needed.
• Lead regional execution across business requirements, testing, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live and stabilization, managing critical risks and dependencies.
• Translate approved requirements into risk-based test scenarios and drive testing milestones, defect triage, resolution, retesting and business sign-off.
• Apply APAC readiness criteria aligned with global governance, and provide clear, decision-ready recommendations on regional risks and deployment health.
• Lead deployment, cutover, go-live and stabilization in partnership with global program and business leadership, and coordinate regional change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
• Work with regional leads to set common standards, share lessons learned and build reusable deployment playbooks and best practices.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and outcomes, and facilitate issue resolution and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 8-12 years of experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, business deployment, testing or change execution, including leadership of complex regional delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for large-scale change.
• Ability to set priorities, navigate regional and global trade-offs and translate program direction into execution plans.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills, and proven ability to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of end-to-end business processes and their dependencies across commercial, customer service, finance, distribution and supply chain operations.
• Experience using data, milestones and readiness measures to assess delivery health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions, cultures, regions and time zones.
• Preferred: experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or a comparable ERP, experience across multiple APAC markets, relevant program/project/testing/change management certification, and experience in regulated healthcare, medical devices or similar complex environments.
