Delivery Driver cum Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Driver cum Manager to lead delivery operations while simultaneously managing vendor quality, housing resources and HR administration for our construction business in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier adherence to service standards and enforce quality control measures.
• Maintain accurate check‑in/check‑out logs, housing inventories and occupancy data for corporate dormitories and leased apartments.
• Verify, reconcile and process housing‑related invoices and vendor payments on schedule.
• Partner with procurement and business units to forecast housing demand, acquire residential inventory and optimise resource distribution.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and support payroll preparation with accurate absence and bonus data.
• Manage petty cash, staff claims and prepare GST schedules.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the on‑site Administrator on payroll, recruitment, HR and office administration matters.
• Oversee full‑spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation & benefits.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and company events.
• Supervise administrative staff, manage departmental budget and develop office policies to improve workflow.
