Delivery Driver – Customer Service Focus

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to transport orders to customers across Singapore. You will be the face of the company during each delivery, ensuring parcels arrive on time and customers receive a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, unload and handle shipments carefully to avoid damage.
• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery using handheld devices.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Communicate delivery status, delays or exceptions to the operations team promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery records via mobile applications.
• Assist with customer inquiries, return collections, failed deliveries and reverse logistics as needed.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 / Class 3A Driving Licence.
• 1–2 years of delivery driving experience (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and route planning.
• Physically fit and able to lift parcels safely.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
