Delivery Driver

About the role

As a Class 3 Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant for The Good Seed, you will ensure safe, accurate and timely delivery of coffee beans, outlet stock and operational items to wholesale clients, related companies and internal outlets across Singapore. You will also support daily order fulfilment and warehouse activities, using a company van provided for authorised work use.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assigned deliveries and collections across Singapore, following daily schedules and meeting delivery timelines.
• Verify items against delivery orders, obtain acknowledgements or proof of delivery, and report any delays, damages or discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare orders according to pick lists; assist with receiving, checking, put‑away, stock transfers, loading and unloading.
• Maintain stock counts, ensure first‑in‑first‑out handling of coffee and dated products, and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, keep the van clean, report faults and ensure goods are securely loaded to minimise movement or contamination.
• Deliver and collect coffee equipment, machines and event items, coordinating transfers with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, vehicle logs and expense claims, and provide timely updates on incidents or operational issues.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and confidence driving a manual‑transmission van.
• Good driving record with a safety‑conscious approach.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse operations or order fulfilment (preferred).
• Ability to follow schedules, handle goods carefully and communicate professionally.
