Delivery Manager – End‑to‑End Product Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to own the full product and software delivery lifecycle, from inception through post‑go‑live support. The role works closely with project, engineering, design, operations and business teams to ensure that delivery outcomes meet scope, quality, budget and schedule expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate and track product objectives, scope, compliance requirements and delivery milestones across the entire lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and project plans in partnership with the Project Management Team, managing dependencies and ensuring realistic timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, project management and business stakeholders, providing clear status updates, risk and issue escalation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives—and promote continuous improvement.
• Remove blockers, clarify priorities and ensure the engineering team has the resources needed to meet product goals.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate delivery risks, escalating when necessary to protect schedule and quality.
• Support operational readiness and post‑go‑live transition when an Operations Manager is not assigned.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory, governance and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end product delivery in a technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business groups.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and ability to act as Scrum Master.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Ability to identify and resolve delivery risks and issues proactively.
