Deployment Strategist – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist you will act as an embedded technical advisor, guiding customers from discovery through to long‑term empowerment of Chainalysis solutions. The role blends analytical rigor, domain expertise and strategic partnership to help organisations leverage blockchain data independently.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer engagements – discovery, investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement and ongoing value delivery.
• Design, build and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries and data models using Chainalysis data.
• Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs and technical briefings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Provide pre‑sales technical engagement for complex, strategic deals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Global Intel and Sales to influence roadmap and improve offerings.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
• Experience conducting or supporting cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence or financial‑crime analysis.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and on‑chain data usage.
• Proven ability to build trusted, long‑term customer relationships through technical credibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation and solution development.
• Experience building notebooks, dashboards and analytical workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, querying and working with large datasets.
