Deputy Lead / Lead – Regional Recruitment

About the role

The Deputy Lead / Lead, Regional Recruitment will drive student recruitment numbers for university partners across assigned countries. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies that grow the market, enhance brand awareness of SIM, and meet admission targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and achieve revenue and enrollment targets across all business lines.
• Design a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan, including exhibitions, seminars, and alumni events.
• Maintain a data‑driven approach, monitoring application trends and reporting to the Regional Recruitment Office.
• Manage recruitment channels such as agents, feeder schools, and universities to meet admission goals.
• Lead conversion activities, engage with prospective students and parents, and provide education guidance.
• Oversee country budget allocation, prepare forecasts and reports.
• Launch new programmes in‑country and enhance SIM’s value proposition.
• Develop and sustain relationships with embassies, government agencies, and private sector partners for internships, careers, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth student admissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading cross‑cultural teams in business development, account management, or sales.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team motivation abilities.
• Experience in market expansion, partnership engagement, and client retention programmes.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s private education sector and transnational education landscape is an advantage.
