Desktop Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Desktop Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth desktop operations, providing timely support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Document support processes and maintain user manuals.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to improve system performance.
• Assist with the rollout of new technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑oriented approach.
