Desktop Support / Deskside Engineer (Level 1) – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Local Site Support Engineer (Level 1) to be the first point of contact for colleagues across our Singapore office. You will ensure that desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and office infrastructure run smoothly, enabling the business to stay productive and collaborative.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve everyday technical issues on Windows, macOS and Linux desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Deploy, configure and de‑commission corporate devices, providing temporary replacements when needed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain core office services such as printing, Wi‑Fi, voice systems, digital signage and smart‑office sensors.
• Install and configure network hardware (switches, routers, Wi‑Fi access points) and support core systems (firewalls, NAC, DNS).
• Assist with PABX phone‑system tasks and AV equipment setup for meetings.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle: asset logging, imaging, rack‑mounting, inventory updates and secure data wiping.
• Collaborate with Level 2 teams and external vendors, and document all incidents for knowledge sharing.
