DevOps Engineer – Contract (SGD 6,500-8,000/month)

About the role

RAPSYS Technologies is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer on a contract basis to drive automation, CI/CD pipeline development, and cloud infrastructure management across its enterprise platforms in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Ansible.
• Support and enhance Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift environments, including secrets and configuration management.
• Manage application releases across development, testing, staging, and production.
• Automate deployment, rollback processes, and troubleshoot related issues.
• Integrate security controls, code quality checks, vulnerability scanning, and compliance into pipelines.
• Develop scripts (Shell, Python) to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide production support, incident investigation, root‑cause analysis, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Development, Testing, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
• Maintain artefact repositories such as Nexus and enforce governance in regulated environments.

Required profile

• Professional experience with enterprise DevOps platform engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud‑native, containerised deployments (AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Proven ability to design, optimise and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
