DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a leading financial services organization in Singapore. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end DevOps pipelines that support the company’s digital transformation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with development, operations, and vendor teams to ensure reliable and secure delivery of software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve full DevOps pipelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from requirements gathering through to successful pipeline onboarding.
• Support developers by preparing JIRA deployment tickets as part of change management.
• Work with vendors and internal platforms to implement centralized DevOps solutions following industry best practices.
• Upgrade DevOps tools and integrate them with existing platforms.
• Lead analysis and resolution of root‑cause issues related to test orchestration and environments.
• Multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
• Maintain clear written and oral communication, including documentation and presentations.
• Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation in DevOps, runtime, and operational platforms.

Required profile

• Strong experience with CI/CD software, tools, and processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
