DevOps Engineer – Platform & Infrastructure (IRM Pilot)

About the role

You will join the Incident Response Management (IRM) pilot as a key contributor, working under the mentorship of a Senior Tech Lead and reporting to an elite SRE leadership team. The role focuses on building and maintaining a secure, cloud‑native ecosystem that supports high‑stakes operations for Singpass.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain platform services on Amazon EKS using Helm charts.
• Implement portable infrastructure configurations to enable seamless migration between Kubernetes clusters.
• Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for safe, automated deployments.
• Develop and maintain platform tools, custom operators, and backend logic exclusively in Golang.
• Create and refine UI components for the IRM dashboard using TypeScript and pnpm.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform health visibility.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and business‑as‑usual operations to guarantee service stability.
• Engage in sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and contribute to RFCs and ADRs.
