DevSecOps Engineer - AI Platform

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer for its AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) in Singapore. The AI COE builds, operates and evolves enterprise-grade AI and data platforms used by many internal engineering and project teams, acting as a platform product organization rather than a project delivery team. The role embeds automation, security and operability into the platform so that services are provisioned, deployed and run securely, repeatably and observably.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform and AI services, standardise deployment and release processes, and develop reusable automation artifacts and templates
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or equivalent tools
• Implement security controls in delivery pipelines, enforce policy compliance and secure pipeline practices, and ensure services meet enterprise security standards
• Operate and improve observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo), implement sidecar and service-level operational patterns, and monitor health, performance and reliability metrics
• Troubleshoot platform issues proactively and collaborate with Platform AI Engineers and other teams on reliability, usability and developer experience improvements
• Manage Kubernetes deployment patterns using Helm

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles, open to a contractual role
• Experience supporting shared platforms or multi-tenant environments
• Strong IaC expertise, proven CI/CD automation for cloud-native platforms, hands-on Kubernetes and Helm experience
• Understanding of sidecar patterns, secure pipeline practices and policy enforcement, automation-first mindset focused on security and reliability
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
