Digital Enablement Analyst

About the role

AIG's Digital Enablement team sits within its Digital and Direct Marketing group and shapes how customers connect with the company online. As a Digital Enablement Analyst you will sit at the intersection of business, technology and design, driving the development and optimisation of digital experiences and enablement initiatives. You will act as the voice of the customer, using customer interactions, analytics and user insights to recommend, design and implement solutions across platforms. The role is primarily in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Digital product management: own digital projects end to end, turn requirements into user stories, specifications, wireframes and development requirements, and work with stakeholders on development, QA, UAT, release and launch
• Usability reviews, user testing and change management to maximise uptake of digital solutions
• Collaborate across insurance product teams, IT, marketing, customer insights, customer service, finance, claims, legal and corporate communications
• Design and prototyping: wireframes, clickable prototypes, user flows and customer journey maps in Figma, and maintain design system standards
• Performance tracking: define and monitor KPIs, set up journey tracking dashboards and reports, and support A/B testing and experimentation
• Website content, email marketing platform and product strategy documents and business cases

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, digital or related roles
• Strong understanding of a customer's digital journey
• Research and analysis skills with a keen interest in data analysis
• Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with stakeholders, and strong written and oral communication

Required skills

• Figma for wireframing, prototyping, user flows and customer journey mapping
• CMS, project management, UI/UX and web analytics tools
• Knowledge of design systems, UI/UX best practices and responsive design
