Digital Enablement Manager (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Prudential's Distribution Digital Enablement team shapes and delivers next-generation digital and AI-enabled capabilities, taking initiatives from ideation and user-centered design through requirements, development, testing, governance, launch and continuous improvement. As a Digital Enablement Manager on a 1-year contract, you will translate business needs into digital solutions, working across Business and Technology teams to drive product development, UAT, quality assurance, defect resolution, business sign-off, adoption and operationalization, while identifying opportunities to use AI, automation and data to improve distributor journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digital distribution and AI-enabled capabilities from ideation, development and launch through to iteration.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, GenAI, automation and data-driven solutions to improve distributor journeys and business processes.
• Champion user-led design by engaging distributors throughout the design process.
• Define end-to-end business processes and journeys, turn opportunities into use cases, requirements and prioritized product features.
• Lead initiatives from proof-of-concept through implementation, including feasibility assessment, stakeholder alignment, testing, governance and business readiness.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners and Engineers on requirements, user stories and the product backlog.
• Oversee solution quality through UAT, business sign-off and post-production verification, including testing of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Plan and run UAT with Business SMEs, support defect triage, prioritization, resolution and retesting to deployment.
• Work with Technology, Customer, Compliance and Risk teams on governance, controls and human oversight.
• Support adoption and change management through communications, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project delivery, risks and issues, and manage ongoing operations and BAU support including incident management and platform maintenance.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years overseeing or supporting digital platforms, transformation project management and execution in financial or insurance sectors.
• Experience in large, complex organizations and building relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, and awareness of responsible AI considerations such as accuracy, privacy, security and transparency.
• Excellent written and verbal English, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and Figma.
• User-centered design principles and user research.
• Data-driven decision-making and project governance, execution and risk management.
