Digital Marketing Analyst – Contract (Senior)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will support senior stakeholders across categories, finance, marketing and e‑commerce by delivering full‑funnel digital diagnostics and actionable insights. This contract position is based in Singapore and focuses on enhancing social and commerce performance for a multinational brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise‑wide digital full‑funnel diagnosis to evaluate brand and A&P effectiveness.
• Develop, optimise and evolve social and KOL planning, intelligence tools and partnership ecosystems.
• Design and implement short‑ and long‑term data‑value acceleration strategies with clear roadmaps and use cases.
• Introduce external best practices and roll out cross‑category learnings to boost data capabilities.
• Define and evolve a consumer data strategy and its practical application plan.

Required profile

• Experience in digital, social or brand marketing, preferably within an agency, consulting or ISV environment.
• Hands‑on management of digital social or commerce spend for beauty, FMCG or top‑ranking MNC brands, especially on platforms like Douyin.
• Strong passion for digital trends, deep knowledge of the China social‑commerce landscape, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent business acumen, stakeholder influence and communication skills across matrix organisations.
• Proven ability to lead projects, drive change and build high‑performing teams.
