Digital Marketing, Content & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

SHRI Academy is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing, Content & Lead Generation Executive to drive growth across individual learners, professional development participants and corporate clients. The role focuses on generating, capturing, validating and qualifying genuine leads, moving them through the marketing funnel to become Marketing Qualified Leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, webinars and social platforms.
• Create and update marketing collateral, microsite and landing‑page content, visuals and basic SEO elements.
• Capture leads in HubSpot, validate data, enrich records and segment B2C and B2B prospects.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria, nurture them through appropriate journeys and hand‑over qualified leads to Academy owners.
• Analyse campaign performance, report on lead volume, MQLs and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content production, design or lead generation.
• Strong attention to detail when handling programme information, campaign assets and CRM records.
• Comfortable working across multiple campaigns, timelines and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn HubSpot, marketing automation and digital advertising platforms.
