Digital Marketing Executive – Healthcare & Clinic Marketing

About the role

Fiture Health is a specialised healthcare marketing agency in Singapore. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support multiple medical clinics and healthcare brands, collaborating closely with doctors, clinic teams and our creative department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly marketing and content strategies for each clinic.
• Plan, create and manage social media content, campaigns and photo/video shoots.
• Work directly with doctors and clinic teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers and internal marketing teams.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance and optimise results.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement, enquiries and brand visibility.
• Ensure all content complies with healthcare advertising guidelines.
• Manage multiple client timelines and deliverables independently.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical, aesthetics, dental, wellness or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Hands‑on clinic marketing experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or client accounts.
• Comfortable communicating with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills; proactive and able to work independently.
