Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Our firm is seeking a driven, digitally‑savvy Digital Marketing Executive to lead and grow our online presence. You will be central to raising the firm’s profile, generating quality leads, and supporting partners and practice groups in reaching clients through modern digital channels while upholding the professionalism and compliance standards of a law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business development goals, focusing on SEO, GEO and paid media.
• Manage website content, technical SEO, and monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) and AI‑search visibility.
• Plan and produce legal updates, articles, case studies and thought‑leadership pieces in collaboration with lawyers.
• Oversee LinkedIn and other social platforms, create short‑form video, and grow engagement with target audiences.
• Run and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, track ROI and adjust spend.
• Use AI‑assisted tools for content drafting, campaign analysis and workflow efficiency, ensuring human review for compliance.
• Support digital promotion of events, webinars and PR initiatives, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong copywriting ability to translate legal topics into clear, engaging content.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts.
• AI tools for drafting, research and analysis.
