Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead performance‑driven campaigns for our financial education brand. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimising ads across Meta and Google while leveraging data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance‑driven digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Build and optimise conversion funnels, including A/B testing of advertisements, landing pages and sales pages.
• Develop compelling marketing hooks, messaging and direct‑response copy for ads, emails, video scripts and landing pages.
• Conceptualise engaging video advertisements and collaborate with designers, video editors and content specialists.
• Create clear creative briefs and support the development of lead‑generation assets such as e‑books, reports and short courses.
• Use Generative AI tools to support marketing ideation, content development and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and stay updated on new advertising channels, tools, formats and marketing trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising or performance marketing.
• Strong copywriting ability with a good understanding of persuasive and direct‑response marketing.
• Comfortable working with marketing metrics, campaign data and performance results.
• Creative, adaptable and proactive with a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot or Generative AI tools is advantageous.
• Interest in financial markets, investing or trading is an added advantage.

• Basic monthly salary of SGD 4,000–4,500.
