Digital Marketing Lead, APAC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and data‑driven Digital Marketing Lead, APAC to join our regional team in Singapore. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, APAC, you will own and elevate the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy across Australia, India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a multi‑market full‑funnel digital strategy to build brand awareness, acquire new customers and drive revenue across APAC.
• Align regional campaigns with commercial leadership, country marketing teams and global digital hubs to ensure relevance and pipeline goals.
• Lead acquisition and demand‑generation campaigns (SEM, paid social, display, programmatic, content syndication) to deliver qualified Sales Accepted Opportunities.
• Oversee search strategy, including LLM optimization, and manage regional web localization, landing pages and personalization.
• Manage agency partners, media buyers and vendor relationships, handling briefings, media plans and execution quality.
• Allocate and continuously optimise digital marketing spend, leveraging analytics platforms (GA4, Salesforce, Marketo, Looker) to track performance and ROI.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in fintech or tech, with a focus on net‑new customer acquisition.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and developing multi‑market regional teams in APAC.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to partner with sales/commercial functions to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Demonstrated test‑and‑learn experimentation culture and ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across APAC.
