About the role

Hire Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi‑channel campaigns for senior audiences in banking, fintech and financial services across APAC, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, awards and conference initiatives.
  • Support demand generation, audience growth and lead‑nurturing programmes targeting banking and fintech decision‑makers.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows using Pardot or similar platforms, including segmentation, EDM campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with commercial, editorial, research and events teams to promote conferences, awards, subscriptions and thought‑leadership content.
  • Assist with content marketing assets such as reports, whitepapers, newsletters, landing pages and campaign creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs and provide optimisation insights.
  • Support LinkedIn paid campaigns, lead‑generation initiatives and digital audience‑engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate execution timelines across multiple stakeholders and regional teams.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing or demand‑generation roles.
  • Background in financial media, fintech, SaaS, enterprise technology or professional services is preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo or similar marketing‑automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, audience segmentation and email‑marketing best practices.
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, conferences or awards programmes.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools and digital reporting platforms.
  • Excellent written communication and content‑coordination skills for executive audiences.
  • Highly organised with strong stakeholder‑management and project‑coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently within remote, globally distributed teams.
