About the role

We are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Entertainment Info App, a digital ecosystem focused on K‑pop fans. The role blends data‑driven planning with creative content production to increase app downloads, active users and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, search, and in‑app channels.
• Create, edit and publish short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok) using Canva and CapCut.
• Produce engaging written and visual content tailored to K‑pop audiences.
• Design eye‑catching visuals and marketing materials for campaigns.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity and campaign motifs.
• Drive user acquisition, performance marketing and influencer partnership initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and analytical rigor.
• Strong visual design sense and experience in branding.
• Passion for K‑pop culture and familiarity with trend‑driven content.
• Proven ability to manage social media communities and engage audiences.
• Experience in user acquisition, performance marketing and influencer collaborations.
