Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead data‑driven strategies that accelerate brand growth in Singapore. You will partner with our headquarters to shape local campaigns, create engaging content, and optimise paid media performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local digital marketing strategies in collaboration with HQ.
• Plan, create, and manage high‑quality social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Oversee all digital channels for the Singapore market, identifying innovation opportunities.
• Design and launch campaigns to boost engagement, reach and brand awareness.
• Monitor community interactions, maintain brand voice, and flag customer issues.
• Partner with influencers to co‑create authentic content.
• Manage and optimise paid media budgets on Google Ads, Meta Ads and related platforms.
• Analyse performance data, produce insights, and recommend optimisation actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them to POP MART SG’s channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, PR or communications, preferably in retail, luxury or lifestyle.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage and optimise marketing budgets.
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms and trending topics.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High autonomy while working effectively within a team.
