Digital Solutions Executive

About the role

EXEO Global is seeking a Digital Solutions Executive to design and implement technology solutions that boost business efficiency across the Group. You will work closely with business and MIS teams to analyse requirements, re‑engineer processes and deliver AI‑enabled automation and integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive processes and propose AI, automation or digital solutions in partnership with the Digital Transformation Team.
• Support group‑wide digital transformation projects, including process mapping, requirements gathering, solution research, testing and implementation.
• Prepare analysis, presentation materials, project documentation, user guides and progress updates.
• Track improvement outcomes such as time savings, manpower reduction, process efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Engage with business users, subsidiaries and internal MIS teams to understand operational challenges and coordinate digital initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience with digital tools and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Japanese language capability is essential.
