Digital Solutions Executive

About the role

The Digital Solutions Executive will work within the Operational Affairs Section of the Charity Development Department, driving workflow optimisation and digital transformation initiatives. This role combines system management, data analysis and project coordination to support the foundation’s charitable mission.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve workflows by identifying bottlenecks, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Gather and analyse business requirements for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery of system reviews and upgrades.
• Configure basic system workflows (form routing, notifications) to meet business needs and keep the system up‑to‑date.
• Identify system errors, report them to the technical team and follow up on resolutions to maintain user satisfaction.
• Conduct data analysis for case management, budgeting and charity services to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in system management, data analysis or digitalisation projects.
• Experience with VWO or similar optimisation tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder interaction and progress reporting.
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to apply structured methodologies to resolve issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Power BI for interactive reporting, dashboards and data visualisation.
• Familiarity with VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) or comparable testing platforms.
