Digital Tax Internship – Computer Science (Mar‑Aug 2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Tax team for a hands‑on internship where you will support the development and improvement of tax‑related technology solutions. This 6‑month role runs from March to August 2027 and is ideal for polytechnic students studying Computer Science or related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing tax systems and propose improvement ideas with cost estimates.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers and business users to build web‑based solutions using tools such as Python, SharePoint and .NET.
• Produce detailed specifications and write code (C#.NET Core, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or VueJS).
• Utilise Azure DevOps and Power Platform for development and testing.
• Test applications before deployment and provide end‑to‑end maintenance for internal and client‑facing systems.
• Develop dashboards for data visualization and analysis.

Required profile

• Polytechnic student pursuing Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and creative with a strong academic record and co‑curricular involvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service‑oriented and a team player.
