Digital Tax Transformation Internship

About the role

Join PwC's Tax Transformation team as an intern and help drive digital and AI‑enabled improvements to tax processes. You will work on real projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply emerging technologies to create efficient tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Tax Transformation team in implementing process improvements and digital automation ideas.
• Plan and drive project activities to meet timelines and milestones.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather business and technology requirements and propose improvement ideas.
• Coordinate with the technology risk management team to provide timely inputs for risk assessments.
• Apply digital skillsets such as LLMs, Python, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Platform, and .NET to develop solutions.
• Facilitate user testing and quality assurance to ensure robust solutions before launch.
• Support change management by preparing guidance materials, communications, and presentations.
• Update knowledge‑management assets, including SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate across Tax and other business units to align stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks with agility, considering diverse stakeholder perspectives.

Required profile

• Curious, technically‑minded students eager to shape the future of tax.
• Enrolled in university or polytechnic programs such as Information Systems, Business and Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Passionate about problem solving and data‑driven analysis.
• Meticulous, analytical, and proactive with the ability to work independently.
