Digital Transformation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Digital Transformation Executive to support our organisation‑wide digital transformation journey. As part of the Information Technology team, you will act as a bridge between Business Units, technology specialists and external solution providers, engaging departments to understand challenges, identify digitalisation opportunities and coordinate initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with Business Units, conduct discovery sessions and document digital‑transformation opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and translate business and functional requirements into clear specifications for internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate digital‑transformation, enterprise‑system and workflow‑improvement projects, maintaining schedules, risk logs and action trackers.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing, record defects and support go‑live activities.
• Drive user adoption by preparing guides, training sessions, workshops and monitoring post‑implementation usage.
• Manage digital‑learning programmes, curate content on cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI literacy and track completion.
• Administer enterprise and SaaS applications (e.g., DocuSign, KnowBe4, MS Teams, SharePoint), handle onboarding/off‑boarding and periodic access reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, SOPs, application guides and support IT governance and audit activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, project coordination or enterprise application administration (internship or project experience considered).
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across departments and translate operational challenges into actionable requirements.
• Experience in a non‑profit, social‑service, healthcare, education or other mission‑driven environment is an advantage.
