Director, APAC Marketing

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Director, APAC Marketing to lead regional marketing strategy, execution and business performance across Asia‑Pacific, excluding China. This senior leader will join both the Global and Regional Marketing Leadership Teams, connecting enterprise growth priorities with local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the APAC marketing organization outside China, managing direct and matrixed team members across multiple countries.
• Develop and execute annual and multi‑year regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Partner with sales, services and business leaders to identify market opportunities and prioritize growth investments.
• Drive integrated demand‑generation programs across digital, events, partner, technical and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging to increase relevance and impact in local markets.
• Manage regional budgets, workforce planning, performance reporting and operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in marketing, commercial strategy or business leadership for regional, multinational or global programs.
• Proven success leading and developing geographically distributed, multicultural teams.
• Deep understanding of test and measurement, industrial technology, enterprise software or other complex B2B technical markets.
• Ability to translate technical products and engineering solutions into clear, customer‑focused business value.
