Director, Asia Publishing

About the role

Blizzard Entertainment Singapore is seeking a Director, Asia Publishing to lead our publishing strategy across Greater China and other Asian markets. This senior position bridges market intelligence, local execution, and global strategy to drive the success of flagship titles such as Call of Duty.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional market intelligence, monitoring player behavior, competitive dynamics, platform trends and regulatory changes in Greater China and broader Asia.
• Develop product evaluation frameworks, localisation and culturalisation best practices for Chinese-language markets and produce regular reports for the executive leadership team.
• Plan and execute publishing activities, coordinating with local partners, regional marketing teams and agencies to meet launch timelines and budget targets.
• Manage asset review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Lead weekly sync meetings, track KPIs and integrate performance metrics and player feedback into data-driven decisions.
• Represent the region in cross-functional discussions with HQ, building executive-level relationships with agencies and platform partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in game publishing, marketing or product management with direct exposure to the Greater China market.
• Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem in Asia, including platform dynamics, regulatory environment and consumer behaviour.
• Commercially minded, player-focused and able to operate with cultural fluency.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale publishing projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
