Director, CEO Office & Strategic Initiatives

About the role

Liquid Group is seeking a commercially‑savvy leader to partner directly with the CEO in shaping and executing the company’s strategic priorities. This high‑visibility position bridges strategy and operations, driving cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO on corporate strategy, business priorities, and organisational planning.
• Develop and manage annual and multi‑year strategic plans, including market and competitive analysis.
• Create executive‑level presentations, strategic narratives, and materials for the Board and external stakeholders.
• Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate across business units to resolve complex issues and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.
• Identify operational, commercial, or organisational gaps and propose practical solutions.
• Support commercial planning, growth initiatives, performance monitoring, and evaluation of investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑leadership experience in strategy, operations, or corporate development.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, influence senior leaders, and drive execution across functions.
