Director, Enterprise Technology Delivery

About the role

The Financial Institutions Business Unit is expanding its technology transformation and managed services business across Southeast Asia. We seek a senior leader to drive strategic delivery portfolios, enterprise technology transformation, and long‑term customer engagements for banking, financial services and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of complex technology projects, programmes and managed services, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Define enterprise infrastructure and hybrid‑cloud architecture, develop technology roadmaps and standards, and provide architecture governance for transformation initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior CIO/CTO stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on cloud adoption, infrastructure modernisation and operational resilience.
• Own delivery financial performance, manage project profitability, resource utilisation and support presales activities.
• Establish governance, risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring solutions meet regulatory and security requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; Master’s or MBA advantageous.
• Extensive experience in technology delivery, infrastructure services, cloud transformation and enterprise architecture, preferably in BFSI or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven leadership of enterprise‑scale portfolios, multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, and C‑level stakeholder engagement.
