Director, Investor Delivery

About the role

MUFG Investor Services, a division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, serves large public and private funds with asset servicing and operational solutions, including fund administration, banking, payments, custody and regulatory services. This Director, Investor Delivery position reports to the Head of Operations and focuses on investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily deliverables with quality, following company and department policies on investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash.
• Meet service level agreements, escalate client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers and internal departments to a high standard.
• Perform allocated daily tasks, processes and deliverables accurately.
• Take part in regular team check-in meetings, share information and ideas and support colleagues.
• Support management on department initiatives, projects and risk mitigation.
• Promote MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge and Empowerment, Passion for Clients, Openness and Honesty.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or relevant experience.
• Years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service.
• Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionalities.
• Existing client or customer service experience is ideal.

Required skills

• Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset.
