Director, Marketing Sales Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Marketing Sales Specialist to lead the growth of its Marketing Services portfolio in Singapore. In this senior position you will work within the Retail & Commerce Business Development team, driving demand for innovative marketing solutions across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Mastercard’s marketing services to a portfolio of strategic clients, expanding existing relationships and establishing new ones.
• Generate and qualify leads, hunt for new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide market insights and feedback to shape product offerings and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing services sales at a senior or director level.
• Consultative selling approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent networking skills and confidence initiating contact with new prospects.
• Customer‑first mindset, able to uncover needs beyond explicit requests.
• Ownership of the sales process and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
