Director of Solution Sales Engineering – Asia

About the role

Parallel Wireless is seeking a Director of Solution Sales Engineering for the Asia region, based in Singapore. You will lead technical sales initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to mobile network operators (MNOs), and champion our Open RAN solutions across 2G, 4G and 5G technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership with technical support throughout the sales process.
• Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNO technical managers.
• Document complete solutions (RAN and related components) with diagrams and descriptions to illustrate product benefits.
• Stay current on industry technology trends through self‑study and formal training.
• Act as the regional subject‑matter expert for Parallel Wireless offerings and market trends.
• Translate customer requirements to development, implementation, and support teams.
• Create technical sales material for customer engagements.
• Support global sales and marketing targets for the region.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key technical stakeholders and new MNOs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in solution sales engineering with MNOs.
• Deep understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN), OSS, and Core networks across 2G, 4G and 5G.
• Extensive knowledge of the cellular network ecosystem.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high‑quality presentation and proposal abilities.
• Excellent organization, independent work capability, and ability to prioritize multiple activities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region.
