Director, Project / Programme Execution

About the role

JLL is hiring a Director, Project / Programme Execution, reporting to the Senior Director, Technology & Digital Transformation, WPM APAC. The role leads the business operations-to-technology transition for the WPM Technology & Digital Transformation function across APAC, bridging Operations, Technology Delivery Teams and WPM stakeholders so that technology implementations deliver sustainable operational outcomes, data integrity, governance, adoption and business value. The position is on-site in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with WPM FM Operations, Account Teams and Technology Delivery teams, including the Corrigo Deployment team, to drive technology and data transition programmes across APAC.
• Assess operational readiness, process maturity and data quality before technology deployments and account onboarding.
• Develop and maintain standardised tech and data transition frameworks, deployment playbooks, governance models and best practices for each account.
• Set readiness criteria, go-live checkpoints and post-deployment stabilisation processes.
• Translate business requirements into technology and data requirements, including KPI reporting.
• Drive account-specific data governance, reporting standards, data ownership and quality controls.
• Develop and run change management, communication, training and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams and identify process improvement, automation, analytics and AI opportunities.
• Maintain transition documentation, governance records and deployment standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, business process improvement, workplace management, facilities management or related fields.
• Experience leading business readiness, transition or change management initiatives for technology deployments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to turn business requirements into operational and technology solutions, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Power Platform and reporting tools.
• Good to have: experience with Corrigo, ServiceNow or other JLL WPM / EDP platforms, regional or global transformation programmes, certifications in Change Management, Agile, Project Management, HCD or Scrum, and experience with AI, automation, analytics or digital workplace initiatives.
