About the role

We are seeking a Director of Retail Leasing to join a leading integrated lifestyle and entertainment destination in Asia. Based in Singapore, you will report to the Head of Leasing and play a pivotal role in shaping leasing strategies that drive revenue, visitor numbers, and overall commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise revenue, P&L performance, and visitor dwell time.
Partner with tenants and internal teams on commercial campaigns, promotions, and activations.
Curate events and programmes that increase footfall and repeat visitation.
Optimise tenant mix, space planning, signage, wayfinding, and operational elements to enhance guest experience.

Required profile

Resourceful and self‑motivated professional comfortable with P&L responsibilities.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail leasing or retail management.
Proven track record of driving footfall, revenue growth, and successful tenant partnerships.
Ability to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
