Director, Services Business Development – Cyber Sales Specialist

About the role

The Cybersecurity Business Development Lead for South East Asia will drive the growth of Mastercard’s cyber business. You will own the strategic expansion and commercial success of cybersecurity offerings, especially Threat Intelligence solutions, by integrating them into clients’ risk management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall sales and revenue targets for the cyber division in partnership with product teams.
• Sell cyber products and services that enhance risk management with threat intelligence to existing and new customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal teams (account, specialist sales, cyber product, customer success) and external stakeholders (clients, strategic partners).
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop a unified Mastercard Cyber narrative and sales process.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales pipelines and achieving revenue/bookings targets.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to mid‑level and C‑suite executives.
• Strong track record in business development within cybersecurity or related technology services.
