Specialist - Regional Commercial Excellence APAC

About the role

The Specialist – Regional Commercial Excellence APAC will drive profitable growth and commercial excellence across the APAC region. You will translate strategy into execution, optimise pricing and sales performance, and enable data‑driven decision‑making through standardised processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support definition and implementation of segment strategies together with Regional Key Industry Managers.
• Act as Project Management Office for regional and local strategy implementation, including OKR roll‑out and monitoring.
• Provide regional updates of the strategic business plan with deviation analysis and develop business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
• Develop and communicate pricing guidance, monitor margin impacts and propose corrective measures.
• Analyse channel performance, develop plans for strategic distributors and ensure consistent execution across channels.
• Represent and drive digitalisation projects, act as focal point for business rules implementation and improve data quality in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Business Informatics.
• 1‑4 years of relevant professional experience, including internships.
• Previous experience in consulting, business development, strategy, sales management or purchasing is preferred.
