Driver/Fleet Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Driver/Fleet Supervisor to oversee the performance of our internal drivers and external contractor partners. In this role you will coordinate daily outbound activities, ensure parcels are delivered efficiently, and maintain high standards of safety and service across our Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor fleet performance of internal staff drivers and external main‑contractor partners.
• Manage daily driver outbound activity, handing over parcels for delivery.
• Assist drivers in returning undelivered parcels and reconcile cash‑on‑delivery amounts.
• Maintain driver discipline, attendance and compliance with safety standards.
• Plan and allocate routes, ensuring sufficient resources for fleet operations.
• Investigate driver misconduct and handle parcel exceptions such as missorted or damaged items.
• Troubleshoot driver‑facing app issues and ensure warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of frontline operations experience in supply chain or logistics (preferred).
• Diploma or equivalent in any field.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Effective team player able to interact with all organisational levels.
• Ability to manage resources efficiently and work both morning and night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Suite cloud applications.
