E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive E‑Commerce Executive to own the day‑to‑day operations of our online stores across multiple marketplaces. You will be the hub of our digital sales engine, ensuring product listings are accurate, campaigns run smoothly, and performance data drives actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise our presence on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Upload and maintain product listings, keeping information, pricing, images and stock levels up‑to‑date.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, livestreams and major sales events.
• Coordinate with platform partners, creators and affiliates to maximise exposure and business opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing and Design teams to produce campaign assets and ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion and category performance, delivering regular insights and recommendations.
• Liaise with Logistics and Customer Service to guarantee smooth order fulfilment and resolve escalated issues.
• Support platform enhancements, digital initiatives, offline events and ad‑hoc e‑commerce projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Amazon.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to interpret sales reports and turn data into actionable insights.
• Highly organised, deadline‑driven and able to juggle multiple campaigns without missing details.
• Clear communicator comfortable liaising with external account managers and internal teams.
• Self‑starter who can work independently across several platforms.
